Floater frame made of padauk and wenge hardwoods. Handcrafted, sanded to the bone, and finished with a poly/oil. Commissioned by one sister to gift another sister for a painting the ‘nother sister brought back from South Africa. Speaking of which, both woods come from the African continent, and the colors you see are natural. Unbelievable how the woods’ colors compliment the colors of the painting. I received the painting rolled up, so this was my first shot at stretching canvas. Expect it again with more custom framing from LdM. Thank you, sisters, for trusting me with your heirloom.
